The symbolism of the gate for Daniel
The symbolism of the gate represents the transition from one place to another. In the case of this artwork, the gate signifies the passage from communist dictatorship to democracy, a moment when Romania regained its long-awaited freedom.

The double spiral inside the gate refers to our DNA, which has withstood the test of time, regardless of the hardships that have befallen us.
The traditional Romanian symbols surrounding the gate represent our rich cultural heritage, which has endured for millennia.
(The traditional symbols I have drawn on the gate are relatively simple, as I admit I am not very skilled at drawing. However, if this artwork is selected, I will replace them with symbols from the specific region where the artwork will be placed.)
